we have some 50 items of inventory in our new online flower shop.

i am trying to figure out the best way to make this se friendly...

i tried to import my site - to see what might come in -- it went in a hoge loop - thousands of pages - until i stopped it...

is this going to happen to spiders?

what are thoughts on making a database driven site se friendly?

use a nofollow tag and do static splash pages?

any ideas would be really great!

many thanks

This is what most search engine spiders and robots will experience as well, and to my knowledge is part of the reasoning by the search engines.

- You can use an ASAPI filter to make eliminate the query strings and special characters in the URLs.

- You can make the category and section pages static and optimize them to the best of your ability.

- Increase the amount of keyword rich content.

- Work on your internal linking system. I have noticed that many large dynamically driven websites have extremely poor internal linking structures
