Hi all. let me start by saying, I am not a cumputer nerd but, every since i found this "lotto ticket" of a web site, I have been on it like a junkie on crack. I mean i can't get enough of you girls and guys. Thanks to all of you for leaving all snubbery at the door(i really do feel at home here.
O.k. now thats done, here is my question: when you get into dmoz, and they list you in like hundrerds of other places(different SE's and the likes) do you get PR from those links? Like if you are listed in alltheweb, altavista, and yahoo, do they help your pr at all?

thank you all again.

Some of the major search engines will block access to their directory pages by using robots.txt or noindex metatag. So these are of no benefit to Google PR. Other clones do appear to count for page rank at various times.
