if this is the wrong location to post this, you can move this thread. Basically, I'm promoting this plastic surgery site (profile), and my rankings have become pretty stagnant. the site is in multiple frames and i have a feeling this is not that great for SE robots. i submit to google, lycos, altavista and all the web. i've also inktomied them. what else can i do to optimize this site and/or other submissions would you recommend to better my rankings for such difficult KWs as liposuction, breast implants, etc...(they're all in my keyword meta tag). thanks.

For one thing, I would take the site out of frames...that can't be helping the situation.

There are many things that you can do to get your site on top.

Hello hiddenYi. I'll agree with agerhart, your frame structure is probably an issue. The site is currently made up of a left, top and then content frame, three total.

The top frame is used only once on the site and that is when you browse to the Products section. Other than that, the top frame serves no purpose for the rest of the site.

I'm also seeing some unusual <!--commenting--> going on here and there. Not that it really matters but there is one comment that contains an entire page of html code, not sure what that is for.

Many of the basics are missing such as alt tags. All of your navigation links are graphical, there are no visible text links. I typically recommend a site map, especially with a framed site, and I cannot locate one.
