Ranking on MSN

Any tips on increasing rank for MSN?

I work for a company that owns many health related sites. We are striding to increase our SE rankings, but have been unsuccessful with ranking high on MSN. We are listed, but our rank for our targeted keywords is up between 60-80. Has anything worked for you? Do you have any tips for ranking high with MSN? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

My tips are: make sure your keywords are at least in the content of the site 5 times. If they arent listed then make sure you implement them into the content A.S.A.P you should see results in about a month or 2 when the search engines does its next update

Do you have an Inktomi account?
A Looksmart account?
Are you targeting one word keywords, two word phrases, or more than three word phrases? (please no specific examples, only #s)

Yes, we have an account on both Inktomi and Looksmart. We are trying to optomize for two different key words (actually one keyword, and one keyword phrase).
