Is there a way to check *estimated* ranking of pages

What I'm looking for is a tool that can take a URL you submit, and simulate a search for submitted keywords at the popular search engine, so that you could see where a page *could likely rank* and thus tweak accordingly.

So it would simulate the algos of the search engines.

Does anyone out there knows if such a tool exists?

i don't think one such tool exists. i have to assume you mean google, if not then this is probably the wrong place to post.
