I was wondering if any of your web jedis have a recommendation for the best dynamic 'member based' php mysql database script package available out there?
Something similar to www.hotscripts.com where members can add their links, and then I will be sent an email to approve or deny the listing? it needs to be a dynamic member management system that allows my visitors to add their link / listing to my site...and then I will get an email for approval or denial of the link...If I approve it will automatically write to the site. EAch visitor who adds their listing will be taken through a series of signup screens, aftering adding the listing, admin will be sent an email to approve or deny the listing. If approved, both a short listing in the catagory view and a brand new 'stand alone' details page will be created and added to the site.
Isnt there some popular code packages out there for this? Like I know there are auction site codes, but? i am not sure if thats what I need.....your advice is greatly appreciated...

Sounds like you might be after some kind of portal system. Have you looked into those? Try Hotscripts.com, they have loads there.

ironically, the actual website of hotscripts is the exact "portal" style that I need...but I cant find a package style code like that at the Hotscripts website,
anyone have any other suggestions?
