can anybody give me step by step instruction for php 5 installation or any link in windows XP. i am using apache 2.

Search for a package named xampp. I used to install everything piece by piece on my development computer, but when I needed to get my recently reformatted laptop up and going as a test server before going on the road for three weeks, I tried xampp and was amazed at how easy that was.
