Multi-Language website Development

plz tell me how i can developed a multi-language website for the diffrent international users....

The first thing you`ll need to do is design the site. Maybe create a language file for the site and then get people to translate the language file. Then when people visit offer a drop down menu of language choices and set the cookie with the desired language, so they don`t have to repeat the process if they come back.

Depending on the scope of your project it could be very time consuming.

i have completed my website, but just i want to add translation module to it for diffrent languages....

If you consider machine translation, that's *not* going to offer high-quality output (and BTW, visitors can already get a rough translation at sites like BabelFish).

I'd invest some time and/or money in getting a *real* (human) translation. (I'm assuming your site is "static" --i.e., just a one-time translation is required--, and not something like a forum!)
