Since a few months
I made 2.2 milestone (2.2 ms1) my E-comm favorite
I am highly happy with it
further
I was able to make it working fine also in
"safe mode on" when not on a dedicated server

one missing leg:
A virtual mall, the contrib one is not really friendly to install

BTW
I will need to create a small interface for a site that will manually proceed Cdt cards

what do you think of something like using the visible 1/2 part of the email for the query in iorder to grab the hiden part from the DB?

Not sure I understand what you want to do with the email. I've got 2 carts setup using OSC and the owners process the CCs manually at the end of the day. They don't get a lot of orders on a daily basis so opening up each order and getting the details isn't too difficult. If they get much busier then I'll write an Admin interface which displays all of the order info for each order in a friendlier interface.
