Multi-file upload scripts?

Does anybody know what the best multi-file upload script is? I am developing a site where people are going to need to be able to upload all of their files to the site such as MP3's, MP4's, jpeg's and whatever else they may have. I also want to make sure that everybody has to sign-up for a free membership in order to gain access to the upload area. If anybody knows exactly what scripts I am going to need to create the best set-up possible I would appreciate it.

I'm sorry i was wrong here.
I think you need only a script how user can load multiple files to you.
In php it's rather common script what's why i think you are need how you can create multiple file form
Of cause access fo an area you need to build on php.
You need to build a users table with access abilitys and each time users log check for his permissions
First of all you need a input form. After you checks for a correct login & password. And make any $_SESSION variable. which told to system what user have or didn't have any permissions!
