Get a video file's frame size?

I thought I saw this somewhere.

I know you can get an image's size and I thought I've seen examples of getting a video's frame size (width, height). I checked the manual but didn't see a function for this. Is this possible?

Actually, I'm after the same thing, but for .avi (divx) movies, which that link doesn't cover, so any other links?
