PHP for Audio files

Is it possible to write a PHP script that would allow users to click on a music sound track and listen to it with out having to download the track or any software/plug-ins to their computers. If so how would I search the manual or other sites on how to write sucj a script of function?

Dont know of php having anything to nativly handle audio.

but you can write a dynamic page that pulls all the mp3's out of a directory and puts links to that file or soemthing to that effect...

But dont let my thinking inside the box about this topic stop you.. the great thing about creation is that you can create anything you want! If you find a way to overcome that challenge let us know. ...
