Portal system usefull and nice for Search Engines

My question is very simple. Which is the best portal system search engine “friendly”?

All that I know have very long and weird file names (for example name.php?lotsoflettersandnumbers), and I looking for something like name-name.php

Or something which work’s similar.

I will be also very grateful for a link to site where I can buy it or download for free.

Now this is very much dependant upon the theme you use and some of the things you can do to the theme to make it more search engine friendly.

I think www.geeklog.net has recently implimented some very good features for SEO. You may want to wait for the 1.3.10 version to be finished of as this is the version with the URL writing the way your asking for.
