PHP, IIS on Windows XP Not Intepreting

I installed IIS 5.1 and PHP 4.3.9 (windows installer version), apparently configures itself for use with IIS if the option is selected.

Now when I drop a PHP file in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot and open in browser nothing happens just a blank page, it seems the PHP is not being intepreted.

Does anyone have a quick list of settings for PHP and IIS on Windpows XP or any known issues so I can check through and hopefully sort it out cos it's driving me crazy!

Thanks.......

Maybe the installer didn't finish the job or set things up correctly. Have you checked the PHP Manual pages for an IIS installation? Don't forget to browse through the User Contributed Notes.
