If one want to make a website where it is possible to make changes to the whole site in min and it must be without wrighting alot of codes.

What would you choise

Great now I realy dont know what rules, i know yahoo uses php, but some says coldfusion is a great new tool

CF is a dedicated server scripting language, with very good SQL integration. It's also very good if you're running a flash site, as you can use CF to integrate with Flash MX. However, it's not cheap to run, and this is mainly used in corporate sites.

PHP is a free language with a large user base, and with a large number of free addons, support, etc.

At the end of the day, if you're developing sites on a low budget, PHP or ASP are the main languages of choice.

I call it the "Fawlty Towers Dinner Party" syndrome as applied to CF - Please, no riff raff. :)
