server cache refresh...?

hey got a problem, and its driving me nuts

i delted my whole site and uploaded a new site. but now when i access my site, i get the old index page. i delted it so its cahced somewhere. how do i refresh this?

Have you tried clearing the cache in your web browser? Or hold down the shift key and click the refresh button in your browser?

if you are using IE I have had to manually delete all temporary internet files once in a while. Sometimes it gets full and the cache needs to be hand removed because IE isn't smart enough to figure out it's full, it just keeps showing the old stuff.
