Anyone have a good on-page contact form?

The one I'm curently using is cgi - and lacks some desired features... must include

If viewer submits blank/error, the returned page contains the parsed form with entered details rather than simply a 'try again' link. If it can highlight th eerror, that's better.

When submitted with correct details, the returned page contains a preview of the info and message - with the option to edit or send.

Also sends a copy of the message to the email address supplied by the submitter.

I have a simple contact form that I wrote that is available to download from my website. Its called Maian Mail and a link to my site can be found in my profile.

Not sure if its what you want, but its free, so you`ve got nothing to lose. :)

Failing that, check out hotscripts.com, I`m sure they have loads.
