Is there an easy and fast way to put a scripted loop of short movies or gifs on website? Every gif/movie should be scripted or they just should be putted in general script code? Also there are effects of fade in/out - they’re also scripted or they are just edited with some software and then packed into a loop?

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, ger_trude.

You could certainly code the list on the PHP side but your active loop will likely be coded using JavaScript. Unless I am misunderstanding your question?

Your question is ambiguous and uses unclear language. But what I understood is that you are looking to make a slide-show or presentation kind of thing with movies/gifs. That is not what a server side scripting like PHP does. The easiest option will be to check out for some video editing / intro designing softwares on internet. There are plenty available, even free of cost, they are straight forward and easy to use with fade in/out or wave etc effects.

I hope it helps.
