PHP trigger function

I have not seen smart trigger function. In example: if user is more than 10 seconds, it should show him LiveChat Tab area. If there is clicked Tab it should not show him Tab area anymore.

Is there some good trigger function to implement such triggers?

PHP is a server side language so to trigger something in the users browser you need to use javascript. You can use the javascript timing events see [w3schools.com...]
