Problem with php page reloading.

The problem i have is that if a page is loaded with id e.g.#id, if i reload that page,the previous page will execute.

Is this a page with JavaScript (ie. AJAX) generated content that perhaps isn't updating the URL when the page is loaded? (Not really a PHP issue - I don't think.)
