Hi,

I am having a little situation where when a customer orders I am not able to see their incoming order

I need to get their phone number

i don't know think my web man knows php

I don't know it

so I would like to know how to get some help

The information you offer is limited, but it sounds like the data the customer puts in your web form does not make it all the way through the form submission process to your back end.
