Call to undefined method infoBoxHeading::tableBox

This site was working fine, until I tried to upgrade it to PHP 5.4.

Thinking 5.4 caused this, I went back to 5.3 -- the error persists.

I even restored a backup of files to no avail.

Error:

No clue how this happened, but an eAccelerator module I didn't even know was running on this server, became corrupted.. removal = success of curing this error message.
