Need professional web based software solution that manages and streamlines the debt collection and recovery process.

Must work with PHP / MYsql, I want this system must run with my website so i can manage from anywhere.

Bit of a niche requirement. Not aware of anything that'll work out of the box for this sort of thing. You might try some of the wordpress plugins - there seems to be one of them for just about everything.
