Integrating ReCaptcha into NMS FORMMAIL

I want to use NMS FORMMAIL with Google's ReCaptcha but Google's instructions don't say WHERE to add the extra code for the ReCaptcha. I found another site explaining the same but their instructions are lacking also.

I write HTML code by hand and took some basic programming so understand some of the NMS Formmail code but don't write script and know just enough to be dangerous so I need a site with very basic instructions for integrating ReCaptcha into NMS FORMMAIL.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I've searched all over the internet and no one seems to have this figured out -- sure are plenty of Freelancers willing to do it for a fee however.

There is a very nice and easy to use email contact form by Mike Challis. He offers a WP plugin and a php script for plain html sites. The instructions are easy to follow (I don't write scripts either). It uses the Akismet Captcha and can be configured for most anything anyone might need, including BCC and auto-response. However, it does not use NMS Formmail or anything from google.
