Live video streaming using php

Hai guys

I want to know can we lively stream video from webcam or camera to our websites page...I had googled a lot but couldnt find the correct answer...is this possible using php or we need to buy any packages...and Please also reply for free website which provides live video streaming to our website..

well, php is not a streaming technology. It can definitely embed a streaming player which would do the actual streaming.

You would be better looking up "streaming live video" or some such.
