PHP Shopping Cart Suggestions

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but there isn't an ecommerce section so...

I am working on a project that has some specific requirements I have not dealt with before. Hoping someone can offer suggestions.

Is there a PHP based cart that out of the box has membership based pricing built it? The user needs to be able to buy a membership, automatically be added to that group once purchase is complete, then receive pricing based on that membership. There also needs to be reoccurring billing for the membership.

There are many carts that support these, but over here many developers do the coding and don't play with O.S. distro's a lot.-)

I have developed quit a few systems and managed a ton of dev projects. However, I have always found out of the box solutions to be the easiest to deal with long term.
