Working with a db looking to pull info from.

Hi everyone.. Im pretty new to this but im not a complete idiot he he..

I have a mysql db that i am trying to pull data and show from 10 different colums in a certain table. Any help would be awesome...

db name = dbname
table = gamestats11

Colum Names =

GameNo
Date
Home
Away
HomeScore
AwayScore
OT
SOUT
HomeShots
AwayShots

Also would like some info on changing background colors etc...
