search MS Access Data with PHP

How to make search PHP form to filter data in MS Access

I am new in PHP web design, I worked in HTML before acturally not with database websites, I already desined MS access with Data and I already have connection to access but I don't how to filter data using PHP form using either get or post, please can you help me in this issue?
