Hey all again.
I work from pretty much anywhere, so sometimes our host web panel fails.
Then again, direct acess to phpmyadmin is forbidden.
What exactly is needed to get on it externaly?

most probably your web panel is locked, needing your login info to work properly (like Plesk or similar packages). I don't think you can get url access to your phpmyadmin in that case.
Then again, asking your hosting company will reveal much more info to you :)

It depends on how it's configured. For example, some hosting control panels just use the database login - that is, whatever you use to connect to the DB connects to phpMyAdmin. Others use the hosting panel login to get to it (most often needed for a phpMyAdmin controlling multiple databases.)
