I'm going to develop a new php application where i can enable and disable some function or module. Need some advice on which php framework suitable. Thanks

Firstly welcome to WebmasterWorld!
This question splits the class right down the middle I think, as there are a lot of people out there (including me :)) who prefer to code things from scratch so that we can see how things work and learn along the way.
It does also depend on the size and scope of your project and what things you want to include, and the type of time frame that you may be working to.
If your referring to CMS type applications there are quite a few available out there which you can use and customise, just google "php CMS" and you will have plenty to choose from.
