im a php developer and i trying to upgrade my self static coding to dynamic scripting. i tried some framework like zend, CodeIgniter and also cms like wordpress , drupal ect.. i think if you are developing systems. framework is best for it because you can control the script it self. while cms is only best for online application but it has limited function base on the theme.
so what's the best way to do? study both framework and cms? or framework or cms only? :(
