Open source PHP reporting software?

Anybody know of some open source (or otherwise customisable) database reporting software that would allow us to produce reports from relational MySQL databases?

MySQL itself has an open source workbench program that may be of interest. Otherwise the phpMyAdmin project might be something to consider.
