Retrieving Contact Address list from yahoo and gmail id

Hello,

Does any one here know about a tutorial which explains how to get the CONTACT ADDRESSES of an user from their yahoo and gmail id?

Steps
- The user enter a gmail or yahoo id
- The user enter password
- The script searches and makes a list of CONTACT ADDRESS


Any help will be appreciated.

For gmail it's probably in the contextual gadgets [code.google.com].
