Need MSSQL Client for Aix 5.1

I am having to recompile PHP on an AIX 5.1 machine with added --mssql and oracle option. I need to find out if I have to:
1. Have the -mssql client on the aix machine?
2. Where can I get the MSSQL client for a 32 bit, IBM AIX 5.1, F40 machine?

If you are at it :), can you point me where I could find the oracle client for the same machine too.

I think you can compile php with mssql without the client

this is the best I can do for the oracle client
