Hmmmmm...

Not sure how to help because I don't know Chinese, so I can't point you in the direction of any Chinese Lang. coding sites, but what you could do is try to understand the code rather than the instructions and then test to see what it does.

The code presented should be easier to understand than the information presented with the code, so I think you should try the portions of code presented and see what each does rather than trying to read what we say about each.

This does the same thing in any language:
