PHP simple "subscribe to" email script

where I can get one?

Hello,
I am looking for a simple "subscribe to" email script for an artist website I am working on (basically a small form with a just an input text and a 'submit' button.
If the script is for sell, I wouldn't mind buying it?

Wouldn't it be easier to write one from scratch? Though if you insist, a good place for free simple scripts is [phpclasses.org ] (Hope this URL is ok mods :-p)

Give them a try first, but seriously, you could write it quicker, good practice if your not sure about coding ;-)

I know very little PHP and no SQL. Do you need to know these programing languages very well?

you could take a look through a site like [hotscripts.com...] and see what they have. That might be a better approach depending on time constraints.

I just found out Yahoo Hosting does not allow me to do any "subscribe to newsletter" script (some security thing they have). I contacted them and they told me that plus there is no replacement for it. Does anybody have a yahoo hosting website where you can use a PHP/SQL script that I can use.
