I've installed HSBC E-secure onto my customers web site which works fine when an account has been created but not when using Purchase Without Account. The problem is that the order hash is not being generated and passed over to HSBC.
When checking out I go straight to an error page which tells me that the transaction was invalid.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Sounds like an internal scripting logic issue rather than a payment transaction processing problem. I would trace back through your code and dump account and order information right before the HSBC processing occurs and exit the script. Start there to see why you have not populated the required fields.
