Redirecting Cloaked IPs?

Is there any way to automatically redirect IPs that are cloaked via PHP?

I noticed that cloaked IPs just echo the IP when using gethostbyaddr. Any ideas?

not sure what you mean by "just echo the IP"

what ip? theirs, yours, some other?

you can redirect anything that you can identify. Find an identifying pattern and then send them away
