How to install ffmpeg-php on windows server

I want to install ffmpeg-php on my machine. the os is windows xp.

I'v downloaded ffmpeg-php-0.6.0.tbz2 from [ffmpeg-php.sourceforge.net...]

i jst dont know how to install it.

i dont want to use dl() to load it dynamically. thanks in advance
