Hi. I have used previously a script that will go out and check the google page rank on my site.
It is almost identical to this one... uses 'GOOGLE_MAGIC' thing.

<snip>

It was working fine until about 30 minutes ago.

Now it does not return any data... just returns -1... which I assume means it's kind of broken.

I didn't change anything recently... and when I download and try new copies of this code... none of those work either.

Any ideas on what is going on?

I imagine I could be getting banned or something but I don't use this that often and I've never had this problem before.

any info is appreciated.
Thanks

Hello newb2seo,

There isn't currently any official Google Pagerank API. So whatever script you are using is obtaining that data in an "unsupported" way.

Google can easily block any such scripts and, occasionally, they do.
