query string ?id

html document to import the template as i have seen on other site

I'm a kinda' noob to query string
so i have a site with index.php as the homepage
the site has many pages
so if i wanted to change just a small thing to all the pages it will make a fuss
so i wanted to use a query string id and parse the template to an html page
