Cache VS no cache

Some dynamic pages

Before I start benchmarking dynamic pages with and without a cache class
I would like getting from you some generic input (only regarding dynamic pages DB oriented)
What is your felling, caching or not caching
Does it worth it?
Did it speed up the process?

my targets are dynamic pages with a content that could be
"set" for two or three days before updating.

I cache alot, sometimes the entire page, sometimes just part of it, it's a case to case decision. overall: definetly worth it. It speeds up the site and allows you to stay with one server, even if your userbase grows.
