Setting the php files to accept php phtml and jsp

Binary transfer, and page transfer with php

Please tell me how to find the files to start writing file transfers. I have set the computer to the point where I get the page saying, It Works, I have not set my computer to the point it reads hello web. What do I do so I can start writing my php, and link to binary such as java. Please tell me where I am going wrong.

This question might be confusing people, which is possibly why you have had no response. Can you elaborate more on what you are trying to do?
