hi could anyone help me update my forum from phpBB 2.0.20.
to phpBB 2.0.23. i havent a clue how to do this i cant update it automatically and i dont no how to do it from my web hosting address any advice much appreciated

Hi xxmarymoxx,

You should be looking at converting to phpBB 3.0.4 as this is the latest supported version of phpBB.
Conversion is automated and is pretty simple.
