as seen in the above website wenever refresh action is performed the slogan at the top right of the page changes... i think these slogans r feeded in the database and it is randomly retrieved after each refresh..... i want a similar kind of fuction for ma site which can help me retrieved ma stored phrases from database randomly.....
so can anybody help me in this regard....

A quick search over the forums turned up this old thread discussing how to display a different Phrase for every 10 visits [webmasterworld.com]. It may provide some insight or at least enough direction to get you started.
