Does anyone know where could i get or find software or script or free translation with API

currently im using GOOGLE but i got banned coz i used it to much and yahoo if to big i got message "Sorry, Unable to process request at this time -- error 999. "

becuase i have 15 sites for my business that i need to translate
There is any other solution, i have check lingo but its limited too, i have over 10000 pages on my websites (including product and information pages)

What is the best solution in here? or there is way that i get work around google or yahoo translation

Language translation using these functions is marginal at best. You are better off using a human translator in the native language to build your pages. A quick search over the WebmasterWorld forums will turn up plenty of discussion on this subject.

Basicly this is what i need. translate the website on the fly

like i send the request to the server and i will get it back and i will save the URL & translated to my server

yahoo and google have limitation only

Yes, we understand. The point we are making is that it is typically not practiced as the translation is not good enough. You need a native language speaker to translate the pages effectively. Otherwise, your site is going to look like any other garbage scraper site.
