create new page if results is more than 10

im displaying news articles from a database, and im trying to get it so it displays a new page if i have more than 10 articles. so like the default page will just display 10 results, but if theres more, it displays the rest on the next page, and so on.

Since you didn't leave any code, I would Google "php pagination" and you will get tons of results, it's what I did when I needed a solution for that.
