can some please explain how to insert a static tagline signature in any of the above email clients. thanks

For Horde you can start with Options on the left navigation menu ... Options > Mail Under "Personal Information" you can set your signature.

pehaps i should be a bit clearer, this is to be forcibly placed in every email sent from the server, not set from the user panel. the same as those annoying "this email is private,,,,,any email from us" i know how to set from the signature control panel.. what i actually want to really do is insert an image. i was told i can do its from hordes tagline file but cant find that on my server.

Oh, I'm sorry, misunderstood the question. Thanks for the clarification. You know, I've never been asked to set up any mail clients as such so I cannot help you out here. Outside of anybody else popping in to assist, your best bet is to view the documentation for each. Or, if I were a betting man, I'd say you might be better off looking into the sendmail program being used on your server and see if it the task can be accomplished from there.
