looking for html parsing script

that also saves images from page

Anybody know of a prexisting script that does this:

INPUT: an HTML page

ACTION: reads all images on the page and saves them to the disk.

OUTPUT: a directory wherein resides all the images from the page

Kind of like the IE save webpage feature but written in php
