My Databook

Problems with Ver 2.5.0

I recently downloaded Version 2.5.0 of this script. Does anyone know it ? This version just doesn't work, so many errors. I could go through and debug it , but if someone has already done this, no point in reinventing the wheel.
Can anyone point me to either a version which does work, or another similar product (PIM, Address book, contact manager, etc.)

they don't list any older versions on their site and none in the search engines?

The original site has shutdown, and most google results refer to the site which I used, which has only this version. Googling, I also found out that the script has "Multiple Parameter Handling Cross Site Scripting Vulnerabilities", which is another reason to be wary.
Guess I'll have to work through it myself. A good learning experience !
